Poster presenters: Please prepare your poster to fit the following specifications: Posters should be A1 size posters, portrait, 594 mm wide x 841 mm high. Please be prepared to put up your poster just before the poster session begins, and be prepared to attend your poster at the breaks, especially the lunch and evening poster sessions on Day 1 when the judging will take place.
Poster to podium: All student posters, regardless of country of origin, are eligible for the 2 travel bursaries to the CRS Annual Meeting in Boston in 2017. The top 8 posters from the judging sessions will be invited to present a 3 min presentation on Friday morning, using 1 powerpoint slide with absolutely no animations! The two best ‘3MT’ style presentations will win the bursaries. If you are a student poster presenter and you DO NOT wish to be considered for the prize please let the organisers know when you register on arrival.
Bring your talk on a USB stick and upload to the PC at your earliest opportunity, worst case in the break before your presentation.
MAC USERS: Bring an adaptor and test your presentation beforehand – any time lost in adjusting AV during your allocated time will be taken off your total presentation time to enable us to keep to the program.
Invited speakers have 25 min (max) + 5 min (minimum) question time. Don’t feel that you need to fill 25 min with content – leave time for discussion!
Contributed speakers have15 min (max) + 5 min (minimum) question time.

Conference Dinner Monday October 23:
The conference dinner will be held at Level One @ The Harbourfront and promises to offer a contemporary twist on traditional European dishes, as well as some home favourites. There’s something for everyone, from tapas and share plates, to a quality range of steaks, seafood options and charcuterie boards.
